Platform · Documents and records

Every certificate, report and letter a health system issues, from the record it already keeps.

Moana produces the documents care depends on directly from what clinicians have recorded: identity cards, discharge summaries, referral letters, laboratory and imaging reports, operative reports, birth and death certificates, labels and invoices. Each is numbered, dated, attributed to the clinician responsible and issued under the facility’s letterhead.

Where records are kept on paper, the same details are copied by hand onto every certificate, letter and register. Each copy is a chance for an error, and time taken from patients.

For hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and ministries of health.

Issued every day

Each specimen is produced by Moana’s own templates. The callouts show what the system has already done by the time the document is printed.

Your forms, rebuilt

The paper your staff already trust, rebuilt inside Moana.

Every facility has forms its clinicians know by heart. Moana rebuilds each one field for field, adds validation, signatures and timestamps, and links it to the patient record. When a printed copy is needed, it comes out under the facility’s letterhead with its own form number, laid out as staff expect.

How it works

Issued from the record, never retyped beside it.

  • Generated from the record

Details recorded once in care populate every document. Nothing is retyped, so the certificate, the letter and the record cannot disagree.

  • Numbered, dated and attributed

Each document carries its own number, the time it was produced and the clinician responsible. Every issue is written to the audit log.

  • Verifiable

Health ID cards and referral letters carry a code that resolves to the record, so a receiving facility can confirm what it has been handed.

  • Your letterhead, your forms

Documents print under the facility’s letterhead and form numbers, in the layout its staff already work from.

Send us the forms your facility issues today.

We will show each one produced from the Moana record, under your letterhead, in a working demonstration.
