National systems
The national picture, built from routine care.
Surveillance, medical supply and clinical research are standalone systems for ministries and health authorities. Each one reads from the care facilities already record in Moana.

Three national systems
Surveillance, supply and research, on one record.

MOANA Surveillance
MOANA Surveillance turns routine clinical data into a national public health picture. Coded diagnoses, laboratory results and medicine use flow from facilities as they are recorded, are classified into syndromes and checked for duplicates, and appear as trends, maps and alerts for ministry teams.

Medical Supply System
The Moana Medical Supply System tracks stock, requisitions, distribution, consumption and expiry across facility, district and national levels, and reconciles issues and receipts with finance systems. It is configured to each client’s supply chain, item master and approval structure.

MOANA Clinical Research
MOANA Clinical Research finds eligible participants from routine care while protecting their identity. Researchers define inclusion and exclusion criteria and see live counts across facilities before any identity is revealed, then manage screening, consent and enrolment with every query and identity view audited.
