Patients gain secure access to their records through the MOANA Patient Portal
Moana Digital Health has introduced the MOANA Patient Portal, which gives patients access to their own upcoming appointments, results and reports, medicines and vaccination records on their phone. The information is drawn from the same record their care team maintains.
Capability
A patient selects the clinic, doctor and time, and the booking appears on the clinic’s schedule immediately. When a result is ready, it is shown in the portal and the report can be downloaded.
Medicines are accompanied by reminders, and vaccinations are recorded for each member of the family.
Access arranged through the facility
Access is set up by the patient’s facility, so each patient signs in to their own record and no other.
Service delivery
Patients can book or confirm an appointment without telephoning the clinic, and can review a result after the consultation has ended.
